Anyone who submits feedback via our website regarding our website and/or our services during this time will qualify for entry, as will anybody who subscribes to our Newsletter service Shire Direct News.

Shire Direct £250 Gift Voucher Prize Draw - Full Terms and Conditions:
- This promotion is a prize draw and is only open and applicable to those who submit eligible feedback via our online feedback submission form and/or subscribe to our Newsletter service 'Shire Direct News' between 1st January 2008 and 4th December 2008.
- Shire Direct reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion to any feedback submissions deemed to be inappropriate or not eligible (i.e. where the feedback submitted is inappropriate, or classified as being of a spam related nature).
- Entry is automatic for those meeting the qualification terms identified in 1 above.
- Entrants must reside in mainland Britain at the time of the draw and must supply their full postal address upon feedback submission and/or upon Newsletter Subscription Request to be deemed a valid entrant.
- One entry per household only.
- This prize draw is separate to our 2008 Grand Prize Draw which has it's own terms and conditions.
- The prize is as follows: 1st place: £250 Argos Gift Vouchers.
- The deadline for entry is Thursday, 4th December 2008.
- The Prize Draw will take place at our Eastwood offices on Friday, 5th December 2008 and will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be picked at random.
- The winner will be notified by telephone or post depending upon the contact preferences held on record, and their prize delivered in time for Christmas.
- The Gift Vouchers remain the property of Shire Direct until the winner has been notified and has accepted their prize.
- In the event of the winner being unable to accept their prize, they may nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf.
- The winning prize will be despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or may be personally delivered should a winner live within close proximity to our offices in Nottinghamshire.
- The draw is not open to employees of Shire Direct, their family members, agents, affiliates or anyone else involved with this Prize Draw.
- The winner accepts that they may be required to have their photograph taken and name published for publicity and promotional purposes.
- The promoter is Shire Direct. Any queries or comments regarding this Prize Draw should be directed in writing to the Marketing Department, Shire Direct, Shire House, Coach Drive, Eastwood, Nottinghamshire NG16 3DR.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The name and county of the prize winner will be published on our website from January 2009 onwards or in writing by sending an SAE requesting a list of prize winners for the Shire Direct Gift Voucher Prize Draw to the Marketing Department, Shire Direct, Shire House, Coach Drive, Eastwood, Nottinghamshire NG16 3DR.
- Prize images used on this page and throughout our website are for promotional purposes only and may not represent the actual prizes themselves.
- Shire Direct reserve the right to substitute prizes for one of its choosing which has a value of the same or greater than the original prizes in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative to these prizes. All prizes are subject to availability and change.
