So, if you're reading this, you're probably wanting to know a little bit more about the mortgaging process. You might even be asking yourself 'What is Mortgaging exactly?', and that's a good a place as any to start, so let's begin there!
Mortgaging is simply the act of raising finance (i.e. a Mortgage) for home purchase, or for land and buildings of one type or another. It's probably also useful to point out at this stage that 're-mortgaging' is the act of replacing one mortgage with another.
