Having problems or difficulties using our Glossary? Help is at hand so don't worry!
We really hope you haven't had any problems or difficulties using and finding your way around our Glossary, but just in case you have had any trouble, we've put together this Glossary Help page to assist and aid you in getting the most from our extensive Glossary.
First things first, to find what you are looking for simply click on the appropriate letter from the alphabetical index. The alphabetical index list can be found on the right hand side of every Glossary Index page as show in the screenshot to the right.
If you are already viewing a Glossary article you may find that the alphabetical index is found a little lower down on the right hand sidebar such as on the screenshot to the left.
Clicking a letter within the index will take you to a list of articles available within our Glossary that start with your chosen letter as shown in the screenshot to the right.
For example, you'll find that clicking on the letter 'S' will take you to a list of articles ranging from 'Safe Home Income Plans' to 'Surveyor' as shown in the screenshot to the left.
You can find your way back to any of the Mortgage indexes by either using the alphabetical index list on the right hand side of every page, or alternatively you can use the breadcrumb trail shown in the screenshot to the right.
Alternatively, why not use our Glossary Search tool, where you can search for specific articles, or individual words or phrases from within Glossary pages. The Glossary Search tool is available on all glossary pages just above the alphabetical index list, we hope you find it useful!
Hopefully, you'll never encounter any problems using our Glossary. We've invested a lot of time ensuring it's easy and intuitive to use, but should you have any problems then we hope this glossary help page has managed to assist you!
